Spoons v1.0 released
I’m really happy to announce that my second app is now live on the iOS AppStore! You can download it here.
It’s a simple app to manage your daily energy with the spoon theory. In this theory, each spoon represents a unit of energy you can spend or regain throughout the day. The amount of spoon decreases with each activity you log (or increases in case of a positive activity).
You can log activities, plan ahead, and track your energy using clear timeline and history views. This is especially helpful for neurodiverse users (for instance people with ADHD or autism) but the app is designed for anyone who wants a simple, practical way to manage their energy levels.
The app is private by design. No personal data is shared, only anonymous analytics and crash reporting.
I have plenty of plans for new features and improvements but it was great to get a basic version out the door!
